Librabet offers you a sports betting bonus of up to 200 euros.

To activate the Librabet bonus, you first need to make a qualifying first deposit. This must be at least 20 euros in both cases, whereby you should definitely pay attention to an important detail when choosing your deposit method. Unfortunately, you cannot make your qualifying first deposit via NETELLER or Skrill, both e-wallets are excluded from the bonus offer by Librabet. Therefore, use alternative payment methods for your deposit.

After your deposit has been confirmed and you have then played through the amount once completely with a sports bet at odds of at least 1.50, you must now contact customer service via live chat or email. This is because the LibraBet bonus is not activated automatically, you have to ask for the help of the customer service to activate the bonus. To do this, have the ID of the transaction or other information about your customer account ready. After contacting them, for which I personally find the live chat the most useful, your new customer bonus will appear in your account within the next 2 to 6 hours.

In addition to the activation details, you will of course also have to observe the bonus and turnover conditions. Before you can withdraw your Librabet bonus and any winnings, you have to wager the deposit and bonus amount at least 5 times. A minimum odds of 2.00 is required for single bets, while multiple bets must have odds of at least 1.50 each. Librabet gives you a total of 30 days to fulfill the wagering requirements.

Personally, I had no problems fulfilling the turnover requirements, but pay attention to the availability of your favorite betting market. Especially if you mostly place soccer bets, the winter or summer break would not be ideal for converting a large bonus value.

In addition to the appealing Librabet bonus for all new customers, the company will also be able to offer you various other bonus offers. However, this is less of a classic VIP or loyalty program, but rather various other bonus offers that are available to all customers at the same time.

There Librabet lists all current bonus offers, which in my experience are very lucrative and extremely diverse. In addition to classic cashbacks and odds boosts for combination bets, some sporting events and sports are also specifically included in the existing customer program.

Possible cashbacks, for example, can be up to 500 euros, while even normal reload offers can have the same value every week. Therefore, you can be sure that Librabet values you and always offers you an appealing bonus offer. From my point of view, it is beneficial that all bonus offers are visible to all customers at all times. Thanks to the transparency, any inconsistencies and questions about further bonus promotions will be cleared up immediately.

Betting offer

In total, the number of available betting markets is just over 30, and there are no big surprises.

The soccer betting market is also absolutely dominant at Librabet. The company promises more than 50,000 bets per month, a large number of which are offered for soccer matches all over the globe. However, the focus is clearly on the European market, as you will see from the German soccer market, among others. Bets are possible on the games of the first, second and third Bundesliga, as well as on the DFB Cup, of course. The depth of the betting market stretches across Europe, but decreases drastically in other sports betting.

In addition to the classic pre-match bets, additional betting options are also available, although they cannot compete with the top bookmakers on the scene. While additional betting options of over 250 bets are now the norm, the number at Librabet is somewhat lower. For top matches, you are usually offered 125 to 200 additional betting options on the course of the game.

Apart from soccer, Librabet also focuses on other sports such as ice hockey, tennis and basketball. Although the attractiveness and depth of the individual betting offers decreases noticeably, I am personally satisfied with the betting offer. On a positive note, it should also be pointed out that Librabet is actively working on continuously expanding its e-sports betting market. In the past few months, some improvements have been made, so that Librabet currently has seven game titles in its program, including FIFA, Dota 2 and League of Legends.

Live bets

In addition to the pre-match bets, I also examined the live bets in detail for my Librabet review. My experiences with Librabet turned out to be rather positive, even though I criticize that there is no individuality to be found in the live bets and that there is a lack of varied additional bets.

Librabet actively tries to implement as many sports as possible in its live betting program. For you, this means that you can place live bets on MMA, boxing, various winter sports or snooker in addition to the most popular sports in Europe. Unfortunately, you will have to do without live streams, although Librabet can compensate for this with an extensive portfolio of statistics and data. No matter at what time you call LibraBet’s live betting, according to my LibraBet experiences you will discover exciting betting opportunities even at night and in the morning hours. The acceptance of the live bet was delayed by only three seconds in my test.

Odds & Betting Features

In order to present Librabet’s betting program in a more meaningful way, I also took a look at the betting odds. In my opinion, these are still the most important part of a betting program, after all, they stand for the attractiveness and amount of possible winnings. In order to give you the most accurate impression possible, I have looked at the current odds in the soccer area. So that possible odds fluctuations and outliers do not carry too much weight, I have determined the current betting odds of ten games from English soccer and thus calculated an average odds key:

Undoubtedly, an odds key of 94.34 percent is not one of the absolute top values among bookmakers, but it is still a solid value. Between the games of the highest English division and the third division in the UK, I hardly noticed any drops in the odds. Nevertheless, I should briefly note that you have to pay the 5 percent betting tax per betting slip at Librabet and are not exempt from it.

Betting features

At Librabet you can currently only make a full cashout. A partial cashout is currently just as little possible as an automatically set cashout. You can perform the cashout regularly via PC or mobile on your preferred devices. Unfortunately, the customer support was not able to give me an exact statement about whether a partial or automated cashout will be possible in the future.

You can deposit a maximum of 5,000 euros per deposit into your account. This is a comparatively low value, especially for cryptocurrencies. From my point of view, however, it makes sense, as it is a generally valid deposit limit for all payment methods.

You can make your withdrawals with 12 different payment methods – Payeer and Advcash replace the classic paysafecard at Librabet. You can make withdrawal requests starting from 20 euros, but they must not be higher than 1,000 euros. Compared to other betting providers, this is an extremely serious restriction. At least, all withdrawals are free of charge.

You will also need to verify your personal information before making any withdrawals. Unfortunately, you cannot do this in the customer account. Instead, you have to send a copy of your documents to the customer service by e-mail. It is best to use a double-sided copy of your ID card or passport. I didn’t have any problems during this process, although I have to say that it is anything but common that you can’t upload your documents directly via your customer account. Librabet should definitely work on this in the near future and modernize the entire verification process a bit and make it more customer-friendly.
My experience with the first deposit, bonus activation and withdrawal

I didn’t have any problems with the deposit and so I was able to fund my account quickly and easily. I decided to make a deposit of 20 euros by credit card. This worked flawlessly and I could directly dispose of my deposit.

Unfortunately, the bonus activation did not happen so easily. Here you have to be active and activate your bonus credit independently by playing: In order to activate the bonus, you must have wagered your entire deposit amount at least once. You have to choose a bet with odds of at least 1.5. After that, if you win the bet, you will receive a welcome bonus of 100% on your deposit. After that, you will have to request or “collect” the bonus from the customer service.

I won my test bet and then asked customer service as required. They credited me the bonus immediately, so that I could immediately dispose of my bonus balance.

In order to initiate the withdrawal, I first had to cancel the bonus I had just painstakingly earned. To do this, simply go to the bonus menu and deactivate the corresponding bonus. I was able to initiate the withdrawal without any problems and transfer the balance back to my credit card.

Overall, all processes at Librabet are also reliably structured. Only the clearing of the bonus by wagering the first deposit involves a certain risk, which is not necessarily customer-friendly. But even here, the brave are rewarded.

The fact that Librabet is a reputable sports betting provider cannot be disputed in any case. Librabet is operated by the Cypriot company Tranello Ltd., which, however, has another company headquarters on Curaçao in the meantime. Accordingly, the website is regulated by the state gambling authority on Curaçao. What may seem a bit questionable at first on you, however, is a good security feature. Service & Support

Now I would like to come to one of the Achilles’ heels of every new sports betting provider, namely the customer service and support. The absolute top providers already have more than 10 or 15 years head start in this area and many of you will have become accustomed to round-the-clock customer service by now. Unfortunately, this is not the case with new bookmakers, which is why you will have to make minor sacrifices in terms of availability. My personal Librabet experiences with the customer service were all good, even though I must clearly note that I personally missed German-speaking employees in the live chat. Even if you are familiar with the English language, some technical terms will be anything but easy to understand. However, upon personal request, they were able to confirm that they would like to expand and improve the customer service in the near future.

A small FAQ is also available, which collects the most frequent customer questions of the past months and can answer them sufficiently. Unfortunately, there are still some minor translation errors, which simply does not give a good impression.

Functions & Design

Many things in our lives are decided in the first moment. It is not much different when looking for a new sports betting provider. It is not only the size of the bonus or the betting program that matters, every company must also be able to offer you its betting offer in a visually appealing way with a customer-friendly website. Librabet succeeds in this with a few compromises.

Visually, Librabet is in the gray midfield. The design of the website unfortunately looks a bit bland and rather oppressive at first. Even graphics can’t change that much. The website is displayed on a dark background in a 3-column system. This is good for loading times, but when searching for your betting markets and preferred bets, it encourages longer scrolling.

The customer account, including the deposit area, also looks extremely old-fashioned. Librabet should really make significant improvements here. This area simply does not look very professional and anything but appealing.

On a positive note, however, I should highlight the website’s loading times. These turned out to be consistently positive during my entire Librabet test phase.

In addition to German, the LibraBet website is also available in English, Polish, Norwegian, Italian, Russian, Hungarian, Portuguese and Finnish.

Other Offers

Casino

At first, the same visual problems jumped out at me in the Librabet casino as they did before in the sports betting offer. The online casino simply seems overloaded, especially since a total of more than 1,500 different casino games are offered. The reason for the extremely high number of different slots are cooperations with more than 15 different providers. Among others, you can play the most popular slots from industry giants such as Net Entertainment, Play’n’GO or Evolution Gaming at Librabet Casino. Definitely a plus on the plus side.

Furthermore, you can use some table and card games in Librabet’s live casino, although the number of lobbies and corresponding tables is somewhat limited. In no way can you compete with the big online casinos of the scene. You also have to do without some of the currently most popular game shows on the scene. When asked, the customer service was unable to confirm whether they will include titles like Deal or No Deal in their range in the future.
