With very many selections, the odds can become extremely high. However, it should be taken into account that a maximum profit of 10,000 euros is possible. At first glance, the combination bonus from GoldBet is a fascinating offer. Up to 120 percent bonus is possible. However, a closer look at the GoldBet bonus terms and conditions shows that it is extremely difficult to take advantage of the optimal bonus. Who would want to place a bet with 28 selections (minimum odds: 1.2!)? In this respect, the benefit of the bonus is limited. Basically, however, it is very positive that this bonus exists at all, because there are a lot of combination bet fans. For example, if you want to bet the entire Bundesliga matchday every weekend, you can regularly benefit from the combo bonus. However, you should not overdo it and pack as many bets as possible into your combination bets. Livestream offer – no live broadcasts available

There are no live streams available at Goldbet. This is quite unfortunate, because the live betting offer could become much more attractive with livestreams. Since there are currently no live streams, customers only have the option of combining live betting with TV broadcasts or radio broadcasts, for example. At Goldbet, customers can deposit using credit card, Neteller, Skrill or bank transfer. This is quite a small selection of payment methods to begin with. However, on a positive note, these payment options are widely available. However, the most widely used payment method, bank transfer, is only recommended with limitations. With the bank transfer, there is a minimum amount of 50 euros for the deposit. That is quite a lot after all. With the other payment options, customers have to deposit at least 10 euros. This is a minimum amount that is common for most bookmakers and payment methods.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount for bank transfer is also 50 euros. Since every customer who deposits with bank transfer must also withdraw with bank transfer, this is definitely a relevant issue. The minimum payout for the other payment methods is 10 euros. Service and support – very good live customer service
Crucial for us is the first-class live support that Goldbet can boast.

Goldbet’s customer service can be reached via a hotline, via email, via live chat and via Skype. The live customer service works from 9 am to 9 pm.

It is quite unusual for a betting provider to offer a Skype connection. However, we think it is good, especially since there is also a normal live chat. The classic hotline is unfortunately not free, but this problem can be minimized very easily with a cheap prefix.

Even nicer, however, would be a toll-free number, as is now common with many other online bookmakers. However, we recommend live chat and Skype as the first service option anyway for convenience reasons.

We have tested these two options very intensively and found that the employees respond quickly to inquiries. The answers were always correct during our tests. The email service is relatively fast and usually responds within 24 hours, but within 48 hours at the latest. Nevertheless, we would only use the e-mail service if we had a complicated question. Otherwise, it makes sense to wait for the live customer service if necessary, even for urgent problems. It would also be nice if the customer service would stay active a little longer in the evenings, because that is the main time for many sports betting fans. Functions & Design

Optics and design – Overall good, but some small weaknesses
Beyond all questions of taste, we did find one or two details in the design that are worthy of criticism.

At first glance, Goldbet’s design looks quite appealing. The pleasant colors and the sensible contrasts ensure that the website does not look cluttered. On the other hand, we find it less nice that the customer has to scroll horizontally to see all betting options, even for normal betting offers. This is mainly due to the fact that the individual elements are relatively large. We know of much better solutions for this design problem and therefore deduct points. The website could also load a bit faster, even if the loading time ultimately remains within a reasonable range. We like the design of the statistics pages.

On the other hand, it is negative that several pages are not or not completely translated into German. This lack of care is unpleasantly noticeable and should be urgently corrected. In addition, the Italian version of a page is often called up by default when the customer clicks on the statistics, for example. This is very irritating, because the customer then has to change the language himself. This is very uncomfortable and indicates that the programming of the website is not quite optimal.
