The Bet3000 bonus for new customers is of course valid for the first deposit. You can top this up with a bonus value of 100 percent. That means you get exactly the amount you deposited as credit on top. This works up to an amount of 100 euros, which is already above average for sports betting.

In order to receive the full amount, you must deposit at least 100 euros. Bonus money beyond the 100 euros, however, is not available with a higher deposit amount.

In order to receive the new customer bonus, you only have to complete two steps: register and deposit. It is not necessary to enter a bonus code or press a button. The bonus balance is usually released within 30 minutes after the payment. It should be noted that the bonus is only valid for customers residing in Germany or Austria.

As usual, you can only withdraw winnings once you have fulfilled the bonus conditions. These provide for a 5-times play through of the bonus amount and the 1-times play of the deposit amount. This turnover factor is not bad, but with a bonus duration of 45 days it seems even better.

eSports & other special bets
eSports have become a big topic in the meantime – more and more sports betting fans and also gaming enthusiasts are taking a liking to these virtual events. The focus is not only on sports games like Fifa. All kinds of other games, for example Counter-Strike, Dota or League of Legends, are also played worldwide, sometimes on an immense scale, and can be bet on.

This actually also works at Bet3000. In addition to the aforementioned top games hits, you can also place bets on StarCraft or Rainbow Six. There is also a category for eBasketball, which I have never seen before at any bookie.

In the “Virtual Sport” section you can find sports that are completely computer-based. This means that two players or teams do not play against each other on the PC or on a game console, as is the case with eSports, but rather the computer determines what happens, practically by random generator. Among other things, betting on soccer, horse racing and motor sports is possible. You can always watch the events live on special streams.

Curiosities, such as television bets or political bets, I could not find in my Bet3000 test.

Live bets

Live bets are particularly exciting: To interpret all the circumstances of an ongoing event correctly in a hurry and thus to give a self-researched secret tip is the absolute thrill for many sports betting fans. You can also experience this at Bet3000.

The live betting portfolio is as extensive as the prematch betting portfolio. Only that, of course, not always so many sports are open at once, because not always in every sport is played live.

Since Bet3000 has international leagues in its betting program, there is always something going on in soccer and eSports, but also live. Furthermore, matches in tennis, field hockey and basketball are almost always offered.

Clicking on a match opens a virtual playing field, which shows you the most important facts of the event by means of animations. Below this feature you’ll find other options to view the match lineup, a team comparison, statistics and a precise live ticker, where you’ll be able to read all the events.

In my experience with Bet3000, there were no live streams that offered the possibility to follow the match in real life.

In the “About Us” section, Bet3000 claims to offer the best odds on the market, but most bookies claim that. Odds are a fundamental part of sports betting. They show you whether a bet on a match is worthwhile or not, and allow you to draw conclusions about probabilities – even for subsequent events.

Nevertheless, bookmakers usually keep a very low profile when it comes to odds and especially the odds breakdown.

Even at a big player like Bet3000, you won’t find a section that deals with odds and the odds key, which is quite relevant for betting.

Fortunately, it is not that difficult to get an overview yourself. So I have directly calculated for you.

For my odds check, I randomly selected ten games from the current betting offer of Bet3000 and calculated the average odds key. The following values served as a basis:

96,41% / 93,46% / 91,58% / 90,56% / 94,11% / 88,40% / 95,98% / 95,12% / 93,80% / 90,91%

The result is an odds ratio of 93.03 percent. Whether this is really the highest value on the market, I can not say at this point, of course. But it is certain that this key is above average.

Betting Features

Placing a sports bet at Bet3000 is very simple. First select the main category – either “Sports Betting”, “Live Betting” or “Virtual Sport” – then the sport you want to bet on, and then the desired event.

In the case of soccer, only the standard bets, i.e. winners and draws, are initially listed in the overview. However, by clicking on the arrow on the right side of the respective match, you will get up to about 40 more options.

Simply bet on the corresponding odds and your betting slip will fill up.

Basically, single, combined and system bets are possible here. In the latter case, you will be presented with various systems as a pre-selection.

Furthermore, you can, if you ever realize that you were wrong with your assessment, apply a cashout. This is practically a betting exit, where you sell your betting slip back to the bookmaker. This is not for exactly the same price as the original bet, but it is always cheaper than losing a bet.

Deposits & Withdrawals

In the checkout area of Bet3000 you will find various well-known payment options, of which PayPal is clearly the number one. Not only in Germany, but also worldwide, sports betting fans trust this service. Bookies that offer PayPal are generally very popular. This is also no wonder, because PayPal operates under very strict principles of customer orientation, which means that bookmakers who want to work with the company must also be set up accordingly.

Besides PayPal, I could choose from Mastercard, Visa, paysafecard, Skrill, Bank Transfer and MuchBetter.

The minimum deposit with each method is 10 euros.

You can deposit a maximum of 1,000 euros at once. With most services, the money will be credited to your player account immediately and free of charge, only with Skrill it can take 24 hours and with bank transfer it is usually 2 days.

Usually, a withdrawal at Bet3000 is made through the same way as the deposit. So if you fund your account via PayPal, your winnings will flow back to your PayPal account when you withdraw.

Some services do not allow withdrawals at all, such as paysafecard, and others are simply not currently usable for remittances, such as credit cards. In such cases, the payout of the proceeds is usually done via the classic bank transfer. This can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days.

With the other methods you will have to wait an average of 2 days.

Withdrawals are also free of charge, but only if it stays at three per week. Anything more than that will incur a 5 euro processing fee.

Withdrawal limits in terms of amount are not specified and betting tax does not apply to your winnings at Bet3000 either.

However, before you can withdraw your winnings at all, you have to verify your data. To do this, upload copies of your ID, a bank statement and, if applicable, the credit card you deposited with (the middle 8 digits of the credit card number and the security code on the back may be blacked out).

My experience with the first deposit and the payout
At bet3000, I also subjected the deposit and withdrawal once a practical test – after all, I always want to know whether the betting provider also keeps what it promises.

I deposited 30 euros with my Visa credit card.

The deposit did not cost any fees and the money was immediately on my gaming account. The 100 percent bonus was also activated automatically.

However, I did not want to claim the bonus at all. Since bet3000 unfortunately does not offer live chat, I had to write an email to customer service to have my bonus cancelled again.

I found this quite inconvenient, when other providers simply integrate a button in the bonus overview or at least ask once during the deposit whether the bonus is wanted or not.

In my tests, I always play without a bonus, because I want to withdraw the money quickly. However, I received an answer by mail the next day and the bonus was deactivated – after all!

In the next step, I uploaded my documents to advance the verification. For this, bet3000 offers a simple tool where the documents can be uploaded. This went well and the documents were also confirmed within an hour. That is really fast.

Then I tested a live bet once and found that it takes 7 seconds from placing to accepting the bet. This is a good average value, so not worth mentioning. I chose any eSoccer match with small odds to avoid losing my money.

Important note: eSoccer is currently no longer offered at Bet3000.

Withdrawals

In the next step, I requested a withdrawal. I was hardly offered any options, so I had to resort to bank transfer.

The withdrawal request was initially confirmed to me, before I received an email two days later that the request was rejected. The reason: I would have to convert my entire deposit once before I could withdraw it. No sooner said than done – 30 Euros then became a little more than 40 Euros.

With this money I requested a withdrawal again and this time I had more success. Within a day the money was in my bank account. That was also really fast. Only the information about the rejection of my first withdrawal request took me a bit too long and cost me some time.

Bet3000 operates in its brick-and-mortar stores under German law and online under a license from the Malta Gaming Authority. This means that the prerequisites for a secure betting experience are more than good in fact.

However, I was surprised about the frequent complaints about missing payouts and faulty bonuses. This should not really happen with such a provider. I have not experienced anything like that.

The question that always comes to mind when I hear such statements is: Have the customers perhaps violated any rules?

Service & Support

Some of the negative reports from customers mentioned in the last section also concern the support. And here I also have to state quite clearly a deficit. In fact, there is no live chat and no hotline. You can only get in touch via mail.

This is neither up to standard nor generally contemporary for such a large bookie. Customers simply expect that they can quickly ask smaller questions via chat or promptly clarify more complex matters.

In addition, the responses to my mail inquiries still took a very long time, just under 24 hours. If there is no live chat, then at least the emails should be processed very quickly.

Functions & Design

In terms of design, Bet3000 does not stand out. The design is similar to that of many other sports betting portals. That means you should not expect any visual highlights here.

Everything is simple, but well-balanced and quite attractive in the corporate colors of blue and orange-yellow.

In addition to the field simulations within the individual betting options, there are small additional animations here and there that highlight current scores or news. However, this is nothing that should/should not really affect the performance of the site or distract you while browsing through the large betting portfolio.

The focus at Bet3000 is clearly on functionality. The implementation of this concept has not really worked out in my opinion only in one place.

The selection of a game for viewing further betting options besides the standards and the view of the animated playing field is unfortunately not simply done with a click on the respective tab. You have to select the right button first.

However, this is criticism on a high level. Otherwise, every betting fan should be able to find their way around Bet3000.
