For the second World Championship in Call of Duty: Mobile history, players will have to fight their way through four stages before reaching the final hurdle. The very first stage is the individual match.

In the ranked mode of Call of Duty: Mobile, it all starts on June 3. Here, points have to be collected in 10 solo games. After that, the best online players prove their skills in various team games. After that, regional matchups begin, but unfortunately no details are known about them yet.

Similarly, there is no exact schedule for the World Cup finals yet either. However, the 2020 regional finals ended in October, so we can assume that this year’s timeframe could be a similar one.

The contents of the different stages in detail

Stage 1 – Solo game

During the first part of the event, players must complete ranked solo matches. Over four weekends, the goal is to earn 60 points in 10 games. Those who manage to do so will advance to the next round.

Stage 2 – Team Play

After completing the solo games, teams are now formed and must fight their way through 30 ranked games. The 256 best teams then make it to the next round.

Stage 3 – Regional Qualification

The top 256 teams from ranked play will compete in regional qualifiers in the third round. However, it is currently unclear how many teams will then qualify for the regional playoffs. In 2020, it was eight teams. It remains to be seen whether this number will still apply in 2021.

Stage 4 – Regional playoffs

Here, the best regional teams now compete against each other. Whoever comes out on top as number one secures a place in the final.

Stage 5 – World Championship Final

The World Championship Final marks the last stage of the event, where honor and a lot of money are really at stake. However, exact dates and prices have not yet been set.
