In Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, – Season 6 is coming up: The new – Season starts on October 7. A few days before the release, the developers have published the roadmap – and with it a preview of the new free content for the two first-person shooters. Multiplayer fans can look forward to the three new maps Deprogram (6v6), America (6v6) and Gluboko (2v2, 3v3). In addition, the Halloween event returns this year: The Haunting starts on October 19 and runs until November 2. The in-game event is likely to be based on popular horror movies once again, as was the case with the scary event for Modern Warfare and Warzone in 2020.
Especially for Warzone, there are apparently some map changes coming in – Season 6. This seems to confirm what the trailer for – Season 6 already suggested: Verdansk will be reduced to rubble shortly before the launch of Call of Duty Vanguard. The roadmap shows that the stadium and the downtime will be destroyed, among other things. In addition, a new Gulag returns, inspired by the 2019 original. The fact that you’ll also locate WW2 bunkers in Warzone in – Season 6 is another indication that the developers are gradually moving away from the Cold War setting and tuning into the new Pacific map for Warzone, which is set to be released around the launch of Call of Duty Vanguard. The new COD installment is set during World War II.

The roadmap lists the .410 Ironhide, Grav, a battle axe, the Lapa and a hammer and sickle as upcoming weapons.
