#EpicGames has added a new map area in the latest Fortnite patch. However, this one causes a bug that transforms you into a rocket. Maryland, USA – A new bug in Fortnite is causing heated emotions. The new map area “#TheCollider” contains a piece of equipment that is quite something. A gigantic tower fills almost the entire area. One Fortnite player was particularly bold and ventured inside the tower. What followed was a bug of intergalactic proportions. The player was shot to the moon without further ado.

A few days ago, Epic Games released the last patch of Chapter 3 – Season 2 in Fortnite. This included not only some weapon adjustments, but also changed a large part of the known map. A new area called “The Collider” is now in the Battle Royale.
Within this map area is a massive tower, which is filled with an orange colored energy. In all likelihood, the tower is a Doomsday Apparatus, which could ensure that the entire map in Fortnite is destroyed at the end of the – Season . Some hints about – Season 3 in Fortnite are already known.

Like many other Fortnite players, Reddit user “Tman5209” wanted to try out the new map area in the game. What awaited him there stunned thousands. The player jumped down from the Battle Bus onto the map as usual. However, he landed directly in the Doomsday Tower of “The Collider”.
He then slid directly into a catapult. This then transported him straight towards the moon. For the player, there was no more gravity, but only the way up. Reddit user amazed by bug:
On Fortnite’s Reddit forum, the video caused a lot of confused players. In the comments section, people speculated wildly about what meaning the human rocket could have. Possibly the tower contains a mystical power that could have an effect on all players.
Whether this is the cancellation of gravity remains to be seen. However, the new map area should be interesting again at the end of the Fortnite – Season . The landing was a soft one, by the way. Reddit user “Tman5209” survived the bug without a scratch.
