This is how you get the special research: Since May 25 at 10 a.m., the final event “ALoLa to ALoLa” has been running in Pokémon GO. In this event, trainers can once again give their all to catch the latest Pokémon of the – Season . They’ll have to do the same for the Collector’s Challenge from ALoLa to ALoLa, because it’s quite a challenge. In addition, there is also the special research “ALoLa to ALoLa” to solve.

All others can buy it for €4.99 in the in-game store. The special research will be available from May 25 to June 1. To get it, you must buy it during this period or log into the game. After that, you have all the time in the world to solve the special research in Pokémon GO.

As a reward, trainers* get 1,000 XP, 500 stardust, and 15 Pokéballs in Pokémon GO Special Research. After that, players must choose a path in step 2: Do they want to continue the special research in Pokémon GO with the island Mele-Mele, Akala, Ula-Ula or Poni?
Mele-Mele focuses on friendships, Akala on exploration, Ula-Ula on catching, and Poni requires players to fight. Once the choice has been made, the players continue with steps 3 and 4 of the respective island in the special research.
Pokémon GO: Special research “ALoLa to ALoLa” – Solution for Mele-Mele
Solution to Mele-Mele: Mele-Mele has the theme of friendship and is thus probably the easiest to solve. Here, players* must send some gifts and collect hearts with their buddy Pokémon. The tasks in step 3 of the special research in Pokémon GO:

Solution to Akala: Those who choose Akala Island for special research in Pokémon GO will have to do a lot of exploring and running.

If you have solved all the tasks of the special research in Pokémon GO, you will get an ALoLa Knogga for Akala Island, two breeding machines and a Hula Choreogel hat for the avatar.

Solution to Ula-Ula: On the island of Ula-Ula, trainers* have to catch lots of Pokémon and land special casts. This is also reflected in the special research tasks in Pokémon GO:

Solution to Poni: In the Pokémon GO special research, trainers have to fight a lot of battles on Poni. These can be against other players as well as against Team GO Rocket bullies.
