Adventure Week: Meet 2 Cool New Monsters!

In Pokémon GO, Adventure Week will be starting in a few days, with two new Pokémon making their debut. We at MeinMMO have taken a look at which monsters they are and show you what else you can expect during the event.

Which event is it about?

After the upcoming GO Fest 2022, which will take place on June 04 and 05, the next event starts directly: The Adventure Week. This one is all about rock and fossil Pokémon. So you’ll encounter plenty of these monsters during the event period. And two new Pokémon, Amarino and Balgoras, will also make their debut in the game for this occasion. In addition, you can expect one or two bonuses.

When is Adventure Week?

Adventure Week starts on 07 June 2022 at 10:00 local time and runs until 12 June 2022 at 20:00 local time. Update as of 05 June: You have unlocked a hyperbonus for the event. As a result, we have added the additional bonuses that await you during the adventure week to the article.

Amarino and Balgoras – The new Pokémon for Adventure Week

In addition to familiar Pokémon, you will also encounter two new Pokémon during Adventure Week. Amarino and Balgoras will be found in field research tasks during this time and will hatch from 7-km eggs. Below we briefly introduce you to the two monsters.

Amarino: Amarino is a rock and ice Pokémon from the 6th generation of games. You can recognize it by its blue dino-like body, big blue eyes, and yellow-pink combs above its eyes. Amarino also has the Amagarga evolution.

Balgoras: Balgoras also comes from the 6th generation of games. The rock and dragon type Pokémon visually resembles a small Tyrannosaurus Rex. It has a dark brown body, a white neck crest, and orange horns on its head and tail. It can also be evolved into Monargoras.

Can you get the Shiny versions? The shiny forms of Amarino and Balgoras will not be available to catch in the game for now.
