Doesn’t Fizz look nice? (Source: )

LoL Patch 10.21 has just been released, of course including some changes for Summoner’s Rift. Not to mention that Spooktober has officially started with this patch. Spoiler: There are finally new Halloween skins!

Let’s start with a look at some of the new skins released with this patch 10.21. We have Pumpkin Prince Amumu, Witchcraft Elise, and Devil Fizz. Honestly, the latter one fits all too well.

There are also some other cool new Odyssey skins for Karma, Aatrox, Sivir, Kha’Zix, Twisted Fate, and Kassadin that look fantastic.

Now to the champions that have changed with this patch. Since Karma got a new skin, she of course had to be buffed as well since she doesn’t see much action in the game. Because of this, Riot decided to give her Ulti – Mantra – a lower cooldown, and the cooldown recovery for Mantra was increased so she can use the ability more often.

She wasn’t the only champion to change a bit, though. Of course, she wasn’t. Aphelios, as we mentioned earlier, also got his lethality increased a bit by increasing his passive from 2/4/6/8/10/12 to 3/6/9/12/15/18. His attack on has also been beefed up:

  • Calibrum additional mark damage increases from 20-70 to 40-100.
  • Gravitum root increased from 1s to 1.25s
  • Crescendum chakrams caused an increase from 3 to 4
  • Infernum splash damage increased from 75% to 85
  • Severum healing increased from 200-400 to 250-500

Camille, who was one of the best champs in toplane, will also see a slight nerf to her E – Hookshot. She was just too strong, especially in high Elo, and her splitpush was something Riot wanted to target, which is why they reduced her bonus attack speed from 40/50/60/70/80 to 40/45/50/55/60%.

The developers at Riot also felt that Samira was a bit too aggressive and safe in the early game, so they decided to nerf the newest champion once again. Her cooldown on her E – Wild Rush – will be increased and her attack speed will be decreased. This will make her more vulnerable in the early stages of the game.

Let’s all take a moment and mourn the loss of our favorite support – Pantheon. The damage of his Q – Comet Spear – has been reduced, as well as his critical damage. They have shifted the base damage over time to his AD values to ensure he is still viable in soLoLanes, but this reduces his early death threat, which is what made him so strong as a support champion. You will be missed, my friend.

Graves. The most famous champion thanks to the 2020 World Championship. The Riot Balance team thinks he’s just a bit too durable. Combine that with his fast jungle clear, and you get one hell of a jungler…. a little too good, in Riot’s opinion. His bonus armor from E – Quickdraw – has now been lowered from 8/11/14/17/20 to 6/9/12/15/18.

A few other champions like Corki, Trundle, and Udyr have been buffed, while Nidalee and Hecarim have been generfed.

There aren’t many more patches to come. Riot has announced that the end of the – Season will be November 10. Then we can expect a lot of new item changes in the pre– Season and in the 11th – Season of !
