After the High Noon Skins of LoL Patch 10.12, the next Patch 10.13 will bring the Pool Party Skins into the game. More on this and what we can expect from 10.13, with all the buffs and nerfs.

Ready for a party? Then put on your water wings, your swimming trunks and don’t forget the sunscreen… Games will bring the already presented Pool Party Skins live in the upcoming LoL Patch 10.13. Included are:

  • Orianna
  • Syndra
  • Heimerdinger
  • Jarvan IV.
  • Taliyah

Here the question remains: Does Orianna’s metal bowl get along with the water? Apparently so, otherwise she wouldn’t be splashing around in the water in such a relaxed way…

But of course, that’s not all. As always, Mark Yetter has posted the list of possible changes for LoL Patch 10.13 on Twitter. Some heroes will have to reckon with nerfs, others will be happy about a buff soon.

Nerfs in LoL Patch 10.13

Who will get it this time? Mark Yetter has a list:

  • Yuumi
  • Syndra
  • Ornn
  • Cassiopeia
  • Aphelios
  • Kalista

LoL League of Legends – Patch 10.13 - what's coming? And we have to say: Ornn deserves it… The LoL Champion is so strong right now, both in casual and pro games, that a nerf is long overdue. Those who have seen of Legends LCS Summer Split know what we mean:

So now we’re hoping for a nerf to Ornn’s base health and armor. In addition, a fine- of the abilities could not hurt, so that he can no longer do as he pleases in the Summoner’s Rift. But if you still want to play some OP, you should pick Ornn now, before LoL Patch 10.13 goes live.

Aphelios is also currently considered one of the most overpowered champions in the game and has already proven that in our Top Play of the LEC:

League of Legends is really struggling to find the right balance for Aphelios at the moment. And who could blame them? His abilities are the hardest to understand. Let’s wait and see what they have in mind for him….

Where there’s generft, there’s chips – and also some buffs. These champions might get some potential buffs in LoL Patch 10.13:

  • Nocturne (Jungle)
  • Yorick
  • Ryze
  • Gnar
  • Vi
  • Lucian
  • Rakan

Lovers of Lucian and Ryze can rejoice. But we ask: Really now, Riot? They are the last champions who need reinforcements at the moment. You could easily cross the line into OP there….
